Just a regular season game

Definitely. Still, as a Heat fan it was nice to see them go out on the road and dominate one of the best teams in the Association.

Yeah, I like to watch the Heat when they're on, rather than on cruise control.

The slam dunk contest needs to go. These guys in the first round had to take 10 runs at their dunks each......and other than Gerald Green's they were no good.

Yep. With the best dunkers in the league not participating, e.g. Griffin, it's like having a home run competition with utility infielders.

Barkley said during the broadcast if he was at home he'd be watching Season 2 of homeland on DVD. He then scolded stars like Lebron and Griffin for not giving enough back to the game. I agree.

The warm up jackets for the all star game are pretty cool. They have patches showing career accolades. Tim Duncan looks like Patton up there with all his patches....

RIP Jerry Buss.

I enjoyed his poker playing just as much as his Lakers ownership.

Fucking awesome. It brings me back to when I was like 10 yrs old and we looked forward to Bulls games on WGN every other night. It was a mini event each night.

I wish I was old enough (or cared about the NBA at the time) to truly appreciate Jordan.

I watched Jordan a little pre-retirement. I remember the Finals against the Blazers and Suns, but it's hazy. My real Jordan memories are almost exclusively after he came back.

I remember watching the playoffs in '97 and '98 and cheering for the Jazz (my dad and John Stockton played a very similar style of hoops) but that's about it.

JJ Reddick being traded to Milwaukee is not a big deal.

Went to the Warriors/T-Wolves game yesterday. Had a great time. Rubio is the real deal in person.
