I find it hard to believe any team in the NBA as had players miss more time being in the covid protocol than the Celtics. It's mind boggling. Even Fournier has been with the team for a week and has been in it twice!

Celtics aren’t even in the same universe as the Sixers.

Danny being worried about how Jimmy and Gordo would mesh personality wise is pretty funny. For what it's worth, Brad doesn't really seem like the kind of guy Jimmy vibes with either.

Tied game with 8 seconds left coming out of a timeout and they draw up a step back 3 by Booker. Yeesh.

The Bucks went with a Middleton three down one last night didn't they? Threes are so fucking boring to me.

It's surprising that Kawhi has been so poor in late game situations; seems like a guy who can actually hit a midrange jumper would be exceedingly valuable in these spots now more than ever.

It's just wild to me that in an iso situation for the game players default to the three. Some guys would even opt for a three instead of a free throw it feels like.

I didn't watch the game but I'm guessing it was their one and only out of bounds play where they get it to him in the corner and he either gets blocked or falls out of bounds without getting a shot off.

He may not be able to finish at the rim, but he makes a mean bag of Ruffles.

You know no one talks about this but I think Bam took his soul with that block. He hasn't been the same since. He rarely takes it to the hole unless its a clear path and if anyone gets in his way he'll twist himself into a pretzel to avoid getting blocked. He'll have a chance to drive through contact and instead he'll fade away and front rim it. I'm 100% convinced he'd rather miss the shot than risk getting blocked even if it meant he gets fouled and goes to the line. It's all about being an All-Star, scoring points, Subway sandwiches and Ruffles. Winning would be nice but not a requirement. Getting embarrassed is off the table.

I can't lie, this makes me happy.

What guard/forward isn't scared of contact? Westbrook? Ja? Donovan Mitchell?

Iverson was one of my favorites in high school and I think subconsciously just respected him for driving to the hoop and getting bodied constantly. There were things in retrospect I didn't like about his game but the guy was not scared of contact.
