He and other writers rely on players/coaches/front office types to get information to convey to readers. They're not going to just constantly shit on them to their faces. I would say he's one of the better writers in terms of critiquing with numbers to back it up.

i reject the premise that all who are loved are deserving of said love...as an aside, he hasn’t posted his wife’s picture or provided any evidence she exists so the possibility remains that he might not actually be married
