oh i thought that was some kind of alien life form

what’s your current midsection situation?

Oh, it's nothing awful. I'll just never have the discipline or motivation to get abs. I like beer and pizza.

i’ve been eating better and doing some exercising, but my belly fat loss has kinda stopped...I’m not going for a six pack, but I do need to work harder to get it toned a bit more

Eating better is the key. That and strength training. At a certain point, there's only so much cardio is gonna do. It's best for health and maintaining.

Whatever your comfortable doing. You don't have to go nuts. Low weight high reps will tone you up. Then the muscle will eat some calories instead of them getting stored as fat.

Right...I have two fifteen pound dumbbells with 4 small plates on each side I can take out to lower the weight...I need to find a good HIIT session for them

I don't remember weighing less than 168 pounds. I must have at some point... birth, maybe?

But CHRIST what I wouldn't give to weigh 168 again.
