217 right now

upped my calories to just under 2100
40% carbs
30% protein
30% fats

m-f i typically burn about 4500-4800 cals/day

do 80 minutes of cardio a day (elliptical on level 7)

since im bald again i have to use a headband but that also keeps people from talking to me so win/win

ive increased the weights (lb wise) and have gone to a 2 on 1 off schedule were as before it was strictly m-t th-f for weights

short term goal is to be at 205 by the birthday. that gives me 36 days to lose 12 lbs. if i was younger that would be easy but the matabolism when youre almost 48 is a smidge slower

i had a friend suggest this but while it may work id have to imagine it should only be done in very small cycles

on a side note i may have witnessed two of the most insanely shaped and perfect butts on women in recorded history this morning

the fasting I am talking about is only eating within a 6 to 8 hour window every day.
in a short time it seems to have help my cravings, energy levels, and stamina plus some initial weight loss.

ah ok. my friend's plan was like not eating for a day, then eat regularly, dont eat for a day and a half type deal

i guess i already do the intermittent fasting then

breakfast
400 calories - mcdonalds sausge mcmuffin
mid morning snack
330 calories - 2 scoop whole whey protein (chocolate), 1 scoop of frozen yogurt, 1 cup water, ice
lunch
433 calories - 8 oz chicken, 1 cup of corn, 1 cup green beans
dinner
681 calories - 2 tortilla wraps, honey roasted peanut butter, no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies

that keeps in me in the 39% carbs (222g), 28% (156g) protein, 33% fats (83g)

nov 27th i was 227 and a month later (12/25) i was down to 219

two weeks vacation and i basically put the weight back on (222) and as of last saturday back down to 219

Finally did my first wall handstands today. Fear reallly holds me back. It was getting up that was the challenge. Staying there is no problem.

Seems like a good alternative to a treadmill if I'm stuck indoors or injured...

get some dumb bells. a rowing machine is not a rounded work out.

Yes weights are the best but rowing machines are great. Especially if you have one that you can crank up the resistance. Its push and pull, cardio and strength. Its a great and I'd say a superior alternative to a treadmill. Treadmills are for the skinny fats. Arnold used to do the row machine when he was in competitions. No better recommendation than that.

I had never heard of intermittent fasting until I read your post but I eat from 10:00am to 6:00pm. So I guess I've been doing the 16/8 method without even knowing it.

I take pilates twice a week. When I go regularly I notice a difference doing that more so than I do weight work. A quicker workout too, only a half hour class.
