Awfully quiet in here. You guys aren't doing the new year, new me thing?
I'm working on my muscle-up and L-sit. Calisthenics good. Get amongst it.
I've mainly been sticking with doing a bunch of kettlebell HIIT workouts. After two weeks off over the Christmas/New Year period - I felt like I was going to die gettnig back into this. Before the break I had developed a minor amount of size and definition, now it's all turned into pudding and excess alcohol

I'm kinda in a transition period right now but haven't decided exactly which direction to go. I had my deadlift going very well and I went for too big of a PR, missed, and then I think I fried by CNS with too much volume so now it's struggling. Very disappointing. I set rep PR's all over the place, but who really cares about that. Oh well.
I reset my bench again and it's acting cooperative at the moment so there's some PR hope there. Squats are feeling very good right on the brink of a PR. So I want to keep training for strength and set some new PR's but I need/want to cut soon. Gonna try to delay the cut till I get some PR's, I guess.

The power of Joe Rogies compels you. Very nice.

Needless to say, this is too far. Stories like these are what scare the fats away from beginning their fitness journey. Come on, bruh. Be a positive role model. Hang on to your central nervous system.
today was the first day i got my heart rate up to 150 on purpose. i was a little worried at first as it stayed there for about 5 minutes during my workout but then dropped back to normal
probably my first intense workout in 4 years after having anxiety about getting my heart rate up since my episode 4 years ago
