Take care of your body and it will take care of you.

This morning I discovered a good old tune to use to practice those Oms. Hunger Strike.

Strained wrists are crow killers. Hopefully it heals up before your training!

Also, Bikram Choudhury

Has anyone done both yoga and pilates? Which is better for core strength and relaxation?

Just do a power vinyassa class. I think people here dont really understand how intense yoga can be. The relaxing comes from opening the the muscles, working them, tiring them out, twisting out the organs, etc... But you are also basically holding planks, squats, hand stands, arm and shoulder strength building for an hour.

Fucking try it for fucks sake. ITs not just sitting there rubbing your cock and chanting the whole time.

My wife is into Ashtanga Yoga (where vinyasa flow comes from I think) and I after doing a few classes over the last two years, I have started waking up and doing a 45 minute routine each morning. I have never felt stronger/healthier. Running has become easier as well because of the core and leg strength I've gained.

If you are on the fence about Yoga, give it a try for two weeks at least 3 times each week. You will feel the difference.

! Thats excellent. Running has also gotten much easier for me. My hips, groin, lower back, stomach and everything in between is much stronger, thus taking so much pressure of my knees and joints etc...

So what are the details on the teacher training? How long, what branch, etc? Congratulations on getting the grant.
