The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
Thanks buddy! Ive been wanting to get back to italy for the last 13 years. To be able to head back there in such a circustmance is pretty exciting. We will be doing daily yoga stuff but it also sounds as though we will be making day trips to siena, and exploring the town we are hosting the retreat at. I should have a full day in rome prior to heading there, as well as 2.5 days after the retreat. Hoping to squeeze in getting back to Florence and then heading here for 1 day before back to Rome: https://www.google.com/search?q=Castigl ... 20&bih=995
I still have my journal that i purchase din Florence back in 2002 when i studied abroad there. I still have room in said Journal. Its coming with me.

That's so fantastic. You be sure to give that journal the business. Give it to 'er good.
"Don’t care what other people think. Unless they’re right. In which case, fucking humble yourself enough to listen to them." This article gets me. I got into yoga. Then I really got into Yoga and now i consider myself a teacher of said Yoga. My goal as a teacher is to break down the stereotypes of what people, men in particular, think and feel about yoga. Its not all rainbows and butterflies wrapped in stock photos with touchy-feely quotes, its about getting real and being honest with yourself. Accepting and loving the good and bad versions of ourselves. Its about creating a life that you are happy with and being in control of it. It's about eating that f****** burger because it tastes good g dangit!
Strat, would you recommend at all getting into it at home first until I get some practice/confidence?
That was a serious question, btw
Thats what I did. I dabbled in yoga at home for maybe 2 years or so before I finally got the courage to go to a studio. I would do yoga like 4 times a week at home for a few weeks then not touch it again for months. On and off. There is something unique about doing it in a room full of people and if you find the right studio, can really up the game.
I like poewr vinyassa in a heated room. As a male athlete and hockey player, that really hit it home for me. Lots of strength and cardio along with a ridiculous sweat. The physical exercise was what got me in the door.

Is there a specific home instruction DVD that you used?
