The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
Are you at a track Peeps? It looks like it snowed a lot. I hate it when it snows this time of year because it fucks up my ability to use the track and the track is pretty crucial since it gets dark so fast now.
yup, tony dorsett stadium (my highschool). it was virgin snow so i just walked at a brisk pace and jogged a little bit on the straight aways. 8 laps are just a little over 2 miles since i walk the outter ring i do that in the evening. during the day i walk from my house around town and back for 2 miles

I’ve been running to a spot that’s about 1.2 miles from my house. Just realized that each run is about 2.4 miles and not only 1.2 because the return mileage counts.
happy for you...but also hate you
hate him because he just now realized that if you run 1.2 miles in one direction to get back to your starting point you have to then run that 1.2 miles back?
No, because my 1.2 mile times were pretty weak but it turns out they are great 2.4 times.
Wait until your 50 and getting back into it after not being active for 7 months. My 2.25 mile time is about 35 minutes give or take
I did not think the return distance doesn’t count, you dolts.

Did you know: No matter how far away (or close to) something you are, there is always a distance halfway in between. So however far you have to go, you always have a halfway point still in front of you. Therefore you can never actually reach something.
Was going to run 5 this afternoon but fucked around and ran almost 14. 8:03 pace. Was hoping a car would hit me once it got dark but traffic was very light.
