Ahahaha, so I decided to go for a walk on the small roads in the forest. When I'd walked about 25 minutes, I realised that this road doesn't lead home - and I hate turning around and going back the same way. So I decided that it was a good idea to just simply head out in the real forest and find my way back through it  After a long time, I ended up on someone's private property, and the dude offered to sell me his house. I finally made it back home, a bit later than expected.

Streak: 2

Be careful out there, narr. I just read a story about an elite cross country dude who got lost in the woods in Alaska and ended up losing his legs.

Nice work, ruddo!
Care to add a minimum? Or I can just go fuck myself.

Yeah my minimum is at least an hour of working out (non-running) or at least 2 miles running a day, whether that be treadmill or pavement.

I really wasn't that far away from the house though, and I had my phone with me.

Yesterday got in 3.106 on the treadmill. I'm not exactly fast but I feel my time is suitable to start adding some more distance. It is currently 9 degrees out and windy so don't think I'll be getting any road time soon, but hopeful.

3 miles on treadmill yesterday. I'm training for a 6+ mile Amazing Race in March so I need to get on with the running a little more.

Nice work, guys and gal.

I found out this morning that I have Valley Fever (coccidioidomycosis). My doctor's a sub-3 hour marathoner and knows better than to prescribe "rest" for me. So his recommendation... lots of garlic.

I'm going to give this a go. I am doing a fair bit of cross training though, so my workouts will vary. I hope this is fine, since I'll still endeavour to do something every day.

I can narrow it down to these minimums:

Spin/mountain bike 15km minimum or running 2.4km minimum* or weights/core workout.

*(I'm training for my 1.5 mile sprint in under 11 mins again :) )

The core workout is a mixture of medicine ball workouts, plus I'm doing the 30 day challenges for sit ups/crunches/planking, squats, and push ups.

This morning I did 15km on the bike as well as a core workout.

I think it's kinda gotta be 7 days a week. Just a quick run around the neighborhood on Saturday and Sunday would work.

Got about 45 minutes of resistance training in, I never logged my stop time seeing as I had to start troubleshooting my boiler that was locking out: deadlift/dumbbell shoulder press/hammer curl/kickback/roman chair crunch/incline dumbbell bench

7 miles in 53 minutes + vanity workout

Long fucking day. To make things more interesting, I ran to the gym with every intention of doing some weights, then running back home. The run there was kinda terrible because I hit every light. I got to the gym and did my vanity (chest and arms) workout. I was pretty fucking wasted afterward and decided to skip the run home. Luckily, I ran into a neighbor at the cafe and I didn't have to call my wife to pick me up.
