Let me guess, 30 miles at a 5:15 pace?

I have a 10K this weekend. It's probably gonna be the first time in my short running career that I don't PR a distance I've already raced. I ran the same race at like 6:50/mile last year but I don't think I can sustain that for more than a couple miles right now. I feel so slow. But the tendinitis is gone, thank the lord.

This went better than expected. Missed my 10K PR by ~45 seconds, but I'm feeling more optimistic about the HM next month.

I'd like to say I just finished my first run since last summer, but it was a trudge. It can only get better.

Strong work Tim. Really great weather in our neck of the woods today.

Thanks dude. Is that sarcasm? It rained all day up here. My clothes weighed about 10 lbs by the end of the race.

It was beautiful here. Guess I just assumed you'd be good too. Way to gut it out though.

I've been laying on the floor to keep my posture aligned hoping that would help my hip heal. I rolled over on my stomach to grab my phone before going to bed and aggravated it pretty bad. Hurts as bad as ever this morning.

Just a reminder, one week until we start the streak.

I'm probably going to sit this week. I don't want to have bad hip pain during my AZ trip next week. Probably set up an appointment with the doc when I get back to try and shake this shit.

I need practice remembering to turn on Strava on my bike rides. If I can do this streak, I will be on a 200+ day workout/swim and/or run/bike streak.
