Yeah, MarathonFoto has their stuff on lockdown, you can't even open a browser's console on their pages anymore. |

How are you tracking treadmill runs on Strava? |

They are just manual entries. |

Yup. Select the + on the Feed screen, then select Manual Activity and enter all the info. |

I enter everything manually due to an outdated watch. |

There's a way to use the pedometer on my Garmin 230 to track treadmill runs, but I haven't really messed with it. |

Started reading Bryon Powell's "Relentless Forward Progress." His 50K on 50 MPW plan is 24 weeks long, which for an early Nov 50K should have started...3 weeks ago? I'm gonna jump into it at the end of July and hope for the best. I have to assume that already being in marathon shape gives me a bit of a head start, no? |

As long as there's not an insane amount of elevation gain in your goal race, you should be good to go. |

I like this one: https://www.nathansports.com/speeddraw- ... lask-4851n Easy to carry and the pocket is big enough for a phone and 4-5 gels. |

I haven't noticed that. The one thing I don't like about it is the hard plastic cap. Doesn't feel good when slammed into your teeth harder than you meant to. |
