It either rains or is humid. I’ve run it twice in the rain. Those were fun. You’ll take it over humidity any day. Have a great race, Tim.

Thanks man!

I'm more nervous about driving over the Bong bridge than I am for the race. Not a fan of tall bridges.

I went to college at UMD. Used to cross that bridge on weekends for the extra drinking hour in Wisconsin.

So that's why the signs at the border say "Wisconsin: Open for Business."

Chance of rain dropped 30% and they took away the lightning icon! My thoughts and prayers are working.

Hydrate! That’s rough humidity.

First run in a while tonight. Felt awful at the time, but enjoying the high now.

Cold temps came off the lake, and it looks like he took advantage. Great race, Tim!

Boston 7s on the tread today. I like the ride a little better but for some reason I think you'd prefer the 6's t2b.

I think my Boston 6's are working better for me but my adios are superior. eh, they both serve different purposes.

Adidas is 30% off sitewide with ADIFF promotion code. You can stock up on Boston's for 84 bucks.

I just ran 11.9km or 7.4miles in 1:08. Pretty sure that is a distance record in terms of running for me.

What brand of sneakers did you run in?

I had a similar run to Dev this morning. Did 7.23 miles in 1:07. It was fine. Didn't feel great. It was hotter than I expected and my legs felt like shit. But I started out to do a 4.2 and just... kept going. So, I can't be too mad about it.
