It's a trap. Next thing you know you'll be signed up for 100 miles worth of races and spending almost as much on shoes as you used to on beer.

I have to wait to actually use Strava until my new armband comes. The one ive been running with takes too long to get situated. I can't access the screen once its in the pouch. Ill start the tracker and spend 2.5 minutes shoving it in the puch and getting it on my arm. I dont need that influence my pace so you all make fun of me!

Strava only displays "moving time" so don't worry, the mocking will be based purely on factual data.

I use the flip band around my waist. I don't even know my phone is there. I'd recommend it.

Waist! That’s a great idea. Never thought about it. I just picked up the time and. Bicep. Much better.

Congrats, verb. The stars aligned for you. Rob's injured, I'm recovering, r2d's off-seasoning, wm's retired from running, strat's making sure his accessory game is on point before he goes for that first jog...it was your time to shine.

That's a nice area. I've never ran around there but my wife is obsessed with Tilia restaurant and my daughter loves that bookstore with all the animals running around inside, so we end up there 3-4 times/year.
