A foot of snow dumped on us yesterday. I felt like Mario this morning, sliding across intersections, ducking under tree branches, jumping over snow drifts. Good times.

Mini bagel with an egg for breakfast.

English muffin with cheese and lunchmeat and a piece of fruit for lunch.

Ramen/udon stir fry with tofu and veggies and a beer for dinner.

Also, a giant glass of milk after my run.

Two sub 8 minute miles today. I'll have to see how my crippled knee feels in the morning but I'm optimistic I'm getting closer.

I still have some discomfort on the treadmill as opposed to the two pretty smooth miles I did outside yesterday. Could be something to do with belt slippage on the treadmill I guess.

One month of marathon training down. Got every single mile in, cold, snow or ice be damned. Now sex workers are bombarding me with club invites in Strava. As a reward for a successful month, I'm assuming.
