pretty slow run but ice and slush and I'm wearing most minimalistic runners which I love so much and still improving in terms of technique. |

i tried to join strava but it said my BMI was too high i do a loop at work through our campus 2 - 1 mile loops today it was 22:10 minutes |

Work exploded and I haven't been running. Managed to keep my weight around 160, however. Signed up for the Mesa-PHX Marathon at the end of February. Probably keep it fairly mellow until January, although I plan to run every day of Thanksgiving break. I'll see how training goes, but I'll probably shoot for a 2:50 finish. |

Researching marathons in Utah. Ogden looks like a user friendly course with a lot of beauty. My main concern is going from Illinois to Salt Lake City. Not sure about elevation being a problem but when I visited last April I recall some of the Utah air was a little thin. I have a ton of work to do either way. |
