Why bother posting your time here when you could be doing it on Strava, which would also allow you to keep track of your miles better?

pretty slow run but ice and slush and I'm wearing most minimalistic runners which I love so much and still improving in terms of technique.

i tried to join strava but it said my BMI was too high


i do a loop at work through our campus

2 - 1 mile loops

today it was 22:10 minutes

Work exploded and I haven't been running. Managed to keep my weight around 160, however.

Signed up for the Mesa-PHX Marathon at the end of February. Probably keep it fairly mellow until January, although I plan to run every day of Thanksgiving break.

I'll see how training goes, but I'll probably shoot for a 2:50 finish.

Researching marathons in Utah. Ogden looks like a user friendly course with a lot of beauty. My main concern is going from Illinois to Salt Lake City. Not sure about elevation being a problem but when I visited last April I recall some of the Utah air was a little thin. I have a ton of work to do either way.
