Many times the speed and time limits are regulated internally. Management may be able to adjust the speed limit for you.

Most gyms set treadmills to timeout after an hour, I've talk to them to take off the limit on a couple of machines.

It wasn't too bad. It was a 2-mile loop of about half road, half grass and dirt. I felt WAY more beat up after the two spring marathons. Feeling pretty good today. I ran the first 26 hard (~8:45 pace), pretty much decided to quit, walked a victory lap with a beer in my hand instead, had some kind of religious experience, then decided to run-walk the last two hours. Missed the top spot by one mile to a lady my mom's age.

Big fan of the Salomon vest. And the Hokas. And Squirrel's Nut Butter. My feet are usually a mess after anything longer than 90 minutes, but I only had 1 small blister. And Tailwind, too. That was my first time using it for a long run, went great.

Tailwind is the best.

Nice work, man.

On a side note, older people typically do really well at timed events.

I contemplated getting a Ticwatch, but now I'm reading they only get ONE DAY of battery life.

My Garmin 230 isn't sexy and using buttons instead of a touchscreen is kinda ridiculous in 2018, but it's still getting 2 weeks of battery life.

Who wants another device to charge every night?

The specs I just looked at said 3.5 hours of battery life while using GPS + music at the same time. Not good.

My refurbed Garmin 235 ran for 6 hours continuously Saturday and only used 55% of the battery. I was impressed.

Floatrides came yesterday, but they are waaaaaaaay too small.

WTF? I've never needed a 13 in any shoe.

I'm winning the weekly again. Guess I'm officially one of the best runners on here now. It's crazy how I'm good at everything.

Dev hasn't seemed to notice that many of us do the bulk of our running Thursday through Sunday.
