Keep it up.

Tried the Boston 8s on treadmill tonight for a few miles. My impressions are positive so far. Will take some road miles to determine how they really compare to the 7s.

Supposed to go to Sedona next week for a "work retreat."

The idea makes me retch, but I haven't run those trails for a couple of years. :li:

The healing vortexes fixed my hip problem when I was there, I'm pretty sure.

Do NOT get one of the supercheap Garmins like the Forerunner 10 or 35. The GPS on those is laggy as hell and can take a couple of minutes to update your current pace.

Yeah even my vivoactive 3 doesn't do a great job with current pace. I'd spend more money if I could do it over. It's like a phone or a tv. It gets used way too much to cheap out on.

Adidas Boston is still my go to. I just got the Boston 8 and they changed some stuff but it still seems like a good shoe.

I'm not going to be on Strava for a bit. I fucked up my shoulder the other day and might be electing for surgery in spite of the lengthy rehab. I'll probably be out a few months if I let them cut me.

What kind of surgery?
