?? miles in 60 minutes
Ran on the indoor track tonight. It was surprisingly fun. I was the only one there, so I reversed directions every 20 minutes. I lost track of laps, but I felt good and was pretty much running balls out, so it was probably about 9 miles. Great run.

Got in 3.106 on the treadmill last night and as much as I thought I'd keep it to my minimum, given the time of night and the cold I'm fighting, I still knocked 8 seconds off my best time thus far (5 runs) with a bit of a kick at the end. I'll add, my music selection certainly has an affect on my overall run. Chose a bit of a slower album the other night and it was certainly not my best go, shall be keeping it to quicker tunes.
Streak: 5
My wife is a day behind myself streak wise but we're well on our way to solidifying a solid exercise schedule with the new year.

5 miles in 36 minutes
Felt like shit all day. Went home early, immediately went running, then slept for 3 hours with my son, who's also sick. The run wasn't as terrible as I thought it would be.

Nice job muscling through t2b.
Resistance training for about 40 minutes: squats/leg raises/leg extensions/leg curls/heel walking, had to skip calf raises. T2B, any stock in the half-marathon prep schedules I've seen online? I'd consider starting soon just to see if I can handle one on my birthday in July.
Streak: 6

I like Hal Higdon's half marathon (Pikermi) plans. I would advise going with the intermediate plan. I like that there's a track/tempo workout every week. I would like to see that Thursday run bumped up to 5 or 7 miles for weeks 6 through 10. I've used this plan a couple of times when coming out of summer hibernation here in AZ.
