Feels like running season again so I thought I'd see where I'm at this week.

Had a really trash run today. My watch was about to die at 7 miles so I saved it. I probably went 10. Weather was great but my fitness level is trash and I still need to cut around 10 lbs.

New shoes are great, but the soles are a hard plastic and my left foot tends to slap. I sound like a galloping horse on the treadmill. I'm loud AF.

I'll probably quit Strava if you include non Rmers in our discussions about the leaderboard.

I am happy you made some friends but this is simply about this being a competition among RMers for me. My goal is to beat T2B and TC not rob applegate. Unfortunately you dont concern me but I respect you running in our group.

I half assed it last week and still logged more miles than you, and I've always been faster.

You're out there putting one foot in front of the other, man. That's enough.

Don't compare yourself to other people. It's about how it makes YOU feel and the changes you're making.

That meme has done more for the running community than Nike's sub-2 project ever could.
