well half of mine was walking, so we're probably just step-brothers instead of identical twins

what was your pace?

Great jobs everyone.

Man, I really pushed myself the last couple evenings. Not using a tracker but from GoogleMaps it looks to be around 4 miles, but with a lot of hills in under an hour. Walking some, but less each time, and running sprints some segments. Getting strong. :)

Biked 12 miles and then hit a 5k. Tried to push it a bit but my legs felt a little jello-y and barely snuck under 24 mins. I just needed to swim and that's a mini triathlon right?

Have a headache and feel tired. It occurred to me it could be the poor air quality from the wildfires.
