Seriously... the only stretch in recent memory where Boston has been a legitimately bad team was 2012-2015, where they had seasons of 84, 91, and 93 losses. And in the other season in that stretch, they won the World Series.
Numbers has to be trolling here, right?

The only thing worse than Red Sox fans are Yankees fans. And only by a cunt hair.

Guys, you have to understand, numbers wants to be a fan of a team that's a perennial futile loser.

Numbers don't lie, the most futile team of the 2010s.

At least your WS trophies are valid and your NBA titles didn't happen during the two seasons when Jordan "retired", guys.

I want to project my anger about society on this team and I’ll be damned if anyone is going to bring sunshine to my parade.

I really hope this minor league club out of Florida can beat them. Did all the other major league teams get infected?

Unreal. Maybe the wildest sequence I've ever seen.

The only thing weirder was in 2013 when St. Louis walked off a game with a baserunning obstruction call. But there were so many moving parts to this one; it was like poetry.

The wildest part was Brett Phillips getting a major league hit

Omg I haven't been watching the postgame shows. Is A-Rod going to disappear his plastic surgeon?

Can't find a replay that shows it but the only reason Arozarena is so far off home is that he wipes out about halfway down the third base line.
