The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
Would y'all say that Randy Moss reinvented the WR position, in what kind of plays were made and how to defend it? Sure, you have your classic vertical threats like Swann & Stallworth, and of course guys like Rice & Irvin, but Moss was a revelation. I remember his rookie season. My brothers and I were upset the Pack were losing, but we couldn't help but marvel at the guy.
Bobby Orr without a doubt. One of my favorite childhood memories is seeing Bobby Orr playing for Team Canada in the finals of the 1976 Canada Cup, standing next to my dad in the Montreal Forum.
By sport.... Gary Carter, Montreal Expos - loved how hard he played and how much fun he had. Larry Bird, Boston Celtics - so much ability with so little athleticism. Alonzo Highsmith, Houston Oilers - mostly because I played with him for a few seasons before university. it's fun cheering on someone you've played with. Shane Thompson, Team Canada (rugby) - mostly because I played with him for a bunch seasons and we have great stories. it's fun getting drunk with someone you've played with.

Clutch. (Arguably) the best player at the (absolutely) most important position playing (IMHO) the best sport on the planet.
this
there was a nice little article in SI about him a few weeks ago.
I have a football, a helmet, and a plate signed by Joe Montana. I love that guy. I mean, as an athlete. I hear he's actually a dick. But whatever. He's the best.

When my wife worked in the pharmaceutical industry, she put on dinner programs where he was the guest speaker. She confirms that he's a huge asshole.
