Five times a week.

Lower carbs

Drink tons of water

Im doing 30 min of cardio and 25 of some weight lifting, trying to go every day.

This week has not been good tough.

The working out helps, but what you actually eat counts just as much so don't sweat not making it to the gym

yeah I traded chips for apple slices. I buy them all pre sliced up so it's easy and I have no excuses.

It turns out that I really like red apples so all good.

I'll def be turning into tomorrow's game, seems like the USA has a fighting chance.
