And on that note, the beginning of training camps are always a good time to start a new thread.

I still don't understand why there isn't just an nfl thread.

It's kind of like how ESPN covers the release of the NFL schedule more extensively than it does the World Series.

You're gonna make me want to start a thread for the MLB playoffs with a poll of who will win if the Sox make it far enough.

Cancelled my NFL Ticket subscription. I really enjoyed having it last year but it's not worth the moolah if you're going to be gone several weekends this fall. Hopefully the Rams and Chiefs are competitive.

i'd say this is a two horse race between the 49ers & the Seahawks in the NFC and the Broncos & Texans in the AFC.

should be a fun season though. Go Pats!

Brady and Belichick won Super Bowls with the likes of Patten and Givens as receiving targets. They are going to be dangerous as always, and the game at NE is still going to worry the hell out of me.

right. i'm fairly certain they can win their division, after that, it's anybody's guess.

I wouldn't discount Green Bay, Atlanta or even New Orleans. And I actually wouldn't be shocked if St. Louis finishes above third in their division.

Agree with all of this. I also wouldn't discount WAS or NYG either.
