i dont know if i can say pouncey is a piece of shit for saying how much he is hurting that his friend killed himself. if your best friend turned out to be a killer and then died would you really have no emotion that someone you knew and loved like a brother was no longer alive no matter the circumstances?

If it was his mom saying that, sure. But Pouncey has likely been complicit or at least aware of what an absolute monster AH is/was since he has known him. You can't choose family but you can choose your piece of shit friends if you also happen to be a piece of shit.

No. But that's not up to me ... it's up to the Lord. I don't hate the man, hatred only hurts myself... but I know if he ever asked for forgiveness from our Lord (TRUE forgiveness) he would get it just the same as myself asking for forgiveness for my sin as well.

i just assumed it was the natural way things turn into and then get surprised when you turn into a nice guy, kind of thing

i am saying that everyone has a friend you dont believe has made the best decisions in life and have borderlined as a crime (maybe not to the extent of AH) but it is still ok to mourn their loss and remember the good about them. that doesnt make you a piece of shit, it makes you a person who lost someone you cared about

A-Aron's brain is heading to BU to be looked at by the world's leading CTE study. I have to imagine they'll find evidence of brain degeneration because they've found it in nearly every professional football player that they've looked at, but I doubt that (and hope not) it'll change the narrative to "He killed people because of football."
