I don't really follow the nfl much but it always blows me away when playoffs roll around and it's all the same old ass white dudes playing quarterback.

Some younger non-white dudes were playing QB this weekend too but they all got concussions.

I don't understand what the Lions are doing.

They bring back Chris Spielman to be the Ford family's football translator. (Weird, but ok.)

They hire the Rams college scouting director to be GM. (Cool, makes sense!)

They interview 100 HC candidates and settle on...Dan Campbell?

Who played on their 0-16 team?

And since then has done some stuff with the Dolphins and Saints?

And they're setting it up so the GM and HC share control of the roster?

And Spielman will just be hanging around, doing stuff?

Seems weird and bad!

He was temporarily the head coach for the dolphins before adam gase got hired.. he is a good guy, really tough, a man's man, player's coach... but I doubt he has the goods to be a winning coach in the league .. the thing i remember most about his tenure as interim head coach with the dolphins is he made them do a lot of oklahoma drills and everyone was raving about that..

He congratulated Brady and welcomed him to the team. He estimates there were two minutes of pleasantries before Brady got to the point: a center's butt sweat. He doesn't like it, not even a little, and through the years he has developed a system to combat it.

"Yeah, the first couple of minutes was just, 'Hey, where do you live in Tampa?'" Jensen says, "and then it was right to 20 minutes of 'We're going to shove a towel down your ass and put powder everywhere.' Well ... OK. I guess you don't get to be as good as he is for that long without some quirks."
