The Ivys have canceled all sports for the fall semester.
Of course they're more interested in academics than sports revenue anyway.

Do Ivy sports make positive revenue as it is?

That seems like a definite money loser. Even football & men’s hoops.

Big Ten canceled non-conference games. Lucky for Oregon.

Only a matter of time before they cancel the whole season.

looks like the acc will have conference only games. if that is the case, it'll breakup the clemson vs. scar game which is like one of the oldest continually played series in cfb.

Why are people acting like we can still have sports? Cancel it all for the love of God. So sick of everybody acting like we can do all the normal shit we used to do.

This will make for an even bigger story when he takes over at USC next year.

They have a functioning response to the virus though, we don't. I'm of the belief that if youre fucking stupid you don't get nice things.

Looks like high school football in Texas will be delayed until at least the end of September. Wonder how this will affect recruiting.

SEC is going to a 10 game, conference only slate over 12 weeks with a delayed start (Sept 26). Obviously there will be a reshuffling of the schedule TBD. Conference championship moved to Dec 19. I wonder how many weeks will actually be played?
I'm also curious how they will handle Georgia/Florida. Do they still play in Jacksonville? Why? If they go to one of the campuses the other will want to host next season.

UConn has announced it will not play this fall.
It's not a major program and as an independent it had no conference games to fall back on but it's the first FBS level school to opt out of 2020 entirely.

I’m pretty interested in this PAC-12 upcoming meeting with the student group.

I think the Power 5 will split off soon for football and that is going to allow players to trade on their NIL.

The health aspect of what happens later on though is a pretty big question.
