I wonder where they are cap floor related.... they have to spend somewhere. I'm thinking Osweiler is going to be a very expensive clipboard holder for a year.

Only team that's up against the cap floor is the Raiders, and it's only by a few million. A Derek Carr extension would easily fix that, and even if they can't agree on that, it's only a cash penalty, not cap--they'd just have to distribute that few million back to the players that played under them from 2013-2016.

They could do one better and distribute that money to a stadium that doesn't have a freaking infield for the first month of the season like some kind of rec league... but I guess the tax base in Las Vegas is gearing up for that.
