Help me out here, PHATJ, strat, and any other Vikings fans. Good or bad signing?

Keenum seems like a great guy and a decent QB. I hope he does really well in Denver, but I’m not sure I’d want to make him my franchise QB.

Not seeing the numbers, I think it's a high quality signing. Similar to Nick Foles last year, you get a quality veteran who is better potentially than anyone you had currently. If it works out, awesome, if it doesn't they still have Lynch and they can trade Siemian for a draft pick. Because he wasn't one of the QB's waiting for everyone else to set the market, you probably got a good deal for a good player.

I imagine this means Minnesota is going to give Cousins what he wants, and they should be a favorite next year if it works out.

I love adding weapons to the offense. I'm excited to see Mahomes launch the ball 80,000 yards and score 70 points a game. But what about the defense? Do the Chiefs employ any defenders any more? Is there anyone under contract besides Berry? I mean, I know he's great but he can't play defense all by himself.

Still, welcome to KC Sammy!

We'll get what, two games out of him before his whole body just explodes on the field.

That seems a little optimistic.

So where’s Teddy going to land? Buffalo? With the Jets?

Is he fully healthy? The Jets could use him whether or not they draft a QB in this draft.

He could always go to Arizona and get ready for the inevitable Bradford injury.

I think all reports are that he’s fully healthy. He has said that he wants to go somewhere to be a starter. I’d sure a shit take him as a backup if that becomes an option though. And following Bradford is almost like getting a starting role. If I were the Cardinals I’d be working hard to get a viable option for QB2 for sure. Bradford will be lucky to make it through camp without rupturing his everything.

That's the most frustrating part of Bradford. I mean, you HAVE to have a quality back-up when you sign him. They aren't gonna be in position to draft one of the top QBs, so they'll likely have to lock up someone like Teddy for $10M.

So you basically spend $30M on the QB position.

I'd rather JUST have Teddy for $10M.

Steve Keim, welcome to my shit list.

Packers release Jordy Nelson and add Jimmy Graham.

This off-season has been bananas. Crazy FA action all over the place.

And free agency hasn't even officially started.
