I got a new smaller cast on today and after a month of being locked into position, I think trying to bend my knee hurts as much as the broken bone itself. Dammit, I’m fkn crippled fam.

When my kid starting physio after he was run over, his leg had been in the same position for nearly ten weeks due to infection issues. He would come out of physio sessions and tell me he cried pretty much the whole 45 minute session. So Bammer, you are not alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I know far too many people that have dealt with it and at best they manage their pain.
Im really sorry. It does suck. I know it.
I'm still hopeful that some rest and stretching will take care of the worst of it. I've managed discomfort in my sciatic nerve for a long, long time. We'll see.
