my right ankle apparently hurts permanently when i run now. this has been true for about four years.

Oh man.

Fraying in my shoulder and bursitis. Did a PRP injection and that seemed to help quite a bit

Most likely a torn labrum in my hip. That seems to work fine most days but every once in awhile i lack range of motion and intense pinching pain.
