Where did Miami go? Must have traded down but i haven't heard about it yet
There was a three way trade. The Saints traded Chris Ivory to the Jets for their 4th, then the Saints packaged that pick with their own 4th to trade up in the Dolphins' spot to get John Jenkins.

Saints made big moves tonight, trading Chris Ivory to the Jets for pick 106. Then trading that pick plus the 109th pick to Miami for the 82nd pick where they chose DT John Jenkins. He's a big guy so I guess he is going to play the middle in the 3-4. They will probably use Jenkins and Akiem Hicks in different packages.
The also picked an OT Terron Armstead with the 13th pick of the 3rd round. It's a glaring hole they needed to fill since Bushrod left for Chicago.
I really liked watching Ivory run and I think he will be a great back but I totally understand why they made the trade to the Jets. The Saints have 4 other good/great backs to run the ball as well and they filled two big needs tonight.

so the Bills really upgraded their main needs on offense today.
I'm a Buffalo native and grew up there during the Super Bowl runs of the early 90s. I'm a fan of both the Bills and the Saints. They play eachother this year and I usually end up pulling for the Bills. They've just been so futile to cheer for, for such a long time!
*edit* I'm drunk and forgot to make my point. I'm really happy with the picks they made so far. I have a feeling they will get a decent QB between either Kolb or Manuel.
Well Tampa got stronger again at CB so they definitely should not be historically bad at pass defense again, but they still need Dline help bad, so Im hoping there are some potential starting DTs left and some good rotational DEs. and Im still not quite sure how to feel about glennon, i wanted a QB but the 3rd round seemed like it should have been Nassib or Barkley, but i think they went with Glennon because of the big arm, he fits how Schiano wants to play offense and he would be able to step in with out much adjustment if they need him to. Now if freeman totally bombs this year and they are picking high next year i still think they will be looking for a first round QB so Im looking at Glennon as a QB for them to groom but ultimately be the back up for the next few years
