You get the sense that Bregman is a super disciplined guy and is just being a young player having fun and enjoying the fruits of his success thus far. (He does say “100%” too much in this thing though. After about the fifteenth time you start to really cringe. Otherwise, all good.) |

No chance, bammer. I stood at Minute Maid and waited patiently for a hit during his first MLB at-bat, and then the next one, and the next one, and the next one. He went hitless that game and would end up going 0-17 before he finally got one, and then he never looked back. He’s a fun guy to watch and I’ll bet anyone in that dugout would tell you he’s a fun teammate to have. That being said, I can definitely see his persona translating poorly to fans around the league. He’s not a Votto level troll but he’s getting there. |
