Sun July 23, 2017 6:20 pm

Welcome to my new home for basketball posting. NBA IS WHACK.

The Three Headed Monsters are off to a good start. Might be the team to watch. Also happy former Bulls greats like Mike James, Jannero Pargo, Eddie Robinson and Larry Hughes are showing their skills on the biggest stage.

Standings:

Trilogy 4-0
Power 3-1
3-Headed Monsters 3-1
Ghost Ballers 2-2
3’s Company 1-3
Killer 3’s 1-3
Tri-state 1-3
Ball Hogs 1-3

Great thread. I love having this on TV. Pure sports entertainment. Ghost Ballers are my team, but that's mostly due to the name and the middling underdog status in the standings.

I have 17 TVs at my bar. I want this on as much as possible. I can never figure out the TV schedule, though. It's like drone racing in that everyone is glued to it when it's on but nobody ever actively searches channels for it.

I grew up near Ricky Davis. I watched him play a 2-2 game once where he refused to pass to his teammate one time. The other guy also wasn't allowed to take a shot.

That's fantastic.

Ghost Ballers 4 Life. This thing has been cool, I land on it randomly and end up watching the entire games.

As a Rockets fan and loyal Houstonian, I should go for the understated Power. Can't stop loving those Ghost Ballers though.

The best thing for all of us to do is just forget the NBA even exist and post here exclusively. Follow me to enlightenment.

I mean, it's already got me checking in regularly on b-ball related posts which is more than I could ever say about an NBA thread.

I watched a game that consisted entirely of Rashard Lewis post ups.

i know its not it but there was some type of tourney on espn where the winning team won 2 mil?

seemed like some of the lesser known college stars and players from overseas

your foul count was reset to 0 when the game clock reached 9:00 or something

The Basketball Tournament. I like it better than the 3 vs. 3.

I was a big fan of Davis and Banks from their C's days.

Really, any basketball is better than July baseball.

We're you enjoying July baseball a few years ago?

Nope. That's why I'm enjoying this one so much. We're like the Cleveland that no one even cares about when it comes to sports success.

Actually, that's not entirely true. During the 100 loss seasons, the transition from NL to AL was happening. I was at least enjoying the pact that me and my best friend made to see every single team compete at MLB park over the course of two seasons.

Davis is one of the most despicable players to ever play the game.
