The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

Had to sweat that game out more than I hoped going in, but it's one step closer to the playoffs going through the Dome. I'll take it. Ugly wins are still wins, and my confidence in the D continues to grow.
Apparently, Brady is playing with some kind of tear in his left knee. This dates back to the Titans game when Brady caught a pass from Edelman and ran a bit after the catch but pulled up awkwardly. While he can play through it, it explains a lot about him relying less on his feet and tossing the ball too early from the pocket to avoid a hit to the knees.

if he were on NE, that never would have happened
Belichick's mind control chip would have prevented it

War of attrition. Every year. It is what it is.
Is this like LeBron's "broken" hand in the Finals?

No, if you look at the replay of him catching that pass (boggles my mind why they'd call that play) you can clearly see his knee buckle a bit. Apparently, a lot of guys play with tears so it's not a huge deal.
I'm not making excuses because a team like the Saints is one injury away to its QB and then all of the sudden a wide open playoff picture becomes even more wide open. My only point is that you have to accept injuries as part of the game and tossing the ball to Brady was not the smartest play call of all time.

maybe Belichick wants him injured so he can avoid the successor conversation
