So, maybe I shouldn't watch this for the first time since the theaters?

Im sorry guys. I dont want to ruin others enjoyment. I certainly had a blast in the theaters but it just doesnt hold up.

I can still find enjoyment with it as it is Star Wars. Like LIghtning Bolt with pearl jam

Watched this for the first time since the theater last December.

It didn’t get better for me. Too much going on, a lot of convenient plot helping to get heroes or villains to their appropriate destinations.

It looks Star Wars but doesn’t feel Star Wars.

yeah, they were good together. Han was a big loss for this ST. He was awesome in TFA.

I loved their chemistry, too. It would have been interesting to see how their relationship evolved if things had turned out differently. But I also really respect and appreciate the way the story unfolded. Han's death was important/valuable for both Rey and Ben. And I love what it lead to. Even if the event was terrible and heartbreaking.

I know Ford wanted out, but they should have kept him for at least one more movie.

You guys. Weepy reading that :)

**VG he came back. It’s kind of the most beautiful scene in all Star Wars. You should look it up.

"You're just a memory."

"I'm your memory".

Wise words.
