If she doesn't know who Luke is, what's her motivation for going to Tatooine? She seemed to be singularly focused on killing Vader and knows his true identity. Doesn't seem like a stretch for her to connect some dots.
And I wasn't paying close attention but doesn't she utter the word "revenge" at some point during that stretch of the finale?
I and wease and even B explained that just above in three different ways you can pick and choose.
She’s heard it’s a child. She assumes obi wan is hiding Jedi children. That’s really all

I was watching an Easter Egg YouTube video and they pointed out how in the first chapter of Kenobi, Leia retrieves LOLA from her mother by hugging her. And then in Chapter Six, she give Obi-Wan LOLA by hugging him.
It's maybe shmaltzy and obvious but that made me happy.
But the sky hopper toy he brings for Luke in the final scene and the hello there
Broke me
Havent actually had time to watch this again properly. Or get into what people have discovered hiding in there. I know two ‘famous’ SW podcasters got to be extras one of whom was contributing leaks on the main leaking site throughout since 2015 and tfa. Happy for them though. They’re timelines are just joy ‘I’m in a scene with young Luke Skywalker!’ Etc I’d be doing that losing my mind too so it’s good to see people in the community who are mostly good get brought in
I don't understand how Star Wars can make you cry. Like, I love it, but I have never been even close to tears or emotional over it. It's a space soap opera.

It’s different things to different people.

I felt the same way. Then Obi-Wan with tears in his eyes apologised to Anakin for everything.

Why does she want to kill a random force-sensitive child?

If she doesn’t know, killing Luke makes less sense.
It does though. She’s a Jedi hunter. Including padewans
There were padewan helmets on shelves in the inquisitor fortress two episodes previous.
On display beside captured lightsabers.
They’re out to kill Jedi be they adult or kid that was pretty much shoved in your face and repeated especially about force sensitive children being taken
She just broke down ptsd and couldn’t do it. We just happen to know that kid is Luke. She didn’t know that
She fought Vader in the previous movie, out of hatred, because she used to be a youngling. And now she’s just back to her old job?
She fought Vader in a previous movie? I missed that

I don't have a sentimental attachment to Star Wars, but I do other things and can definitely be moved to tears by them

The last Seinfeld, when they played Time of Your Life (Good Riddance), got to me, too.
You aren't making a very good case for your argument "I don't understand how Star Wars can make you cry" as you list crying at Titanic and Seinfeld, Coach.
