I like the direction they're trying to go with her character. It's interesting and it's something we haven't seen before. But she needs to be a major supporting player to work effectively, I think (a lando sized role)

Not sure if this has been said but TLJ is tight on character development and location that there's little scope to have many aliens. Canto is about the only place for it, maybe on the Resistance Carrier at a stretch.

There were a lotta people complaining that there weren’t enough familiar aliens in TFA R1 and TLJ.
I’m pretty sure they’d be complaining if the same aliens were used. But they’re right to include new ones. It would be boring and small galaxy if we saw the same ones.

The movies do a poor job of really showcasing/explaining how large the galaxy is. Though, I am glad the new trilogy features several new planets.

It didnt matter to me either way before. Then I saw this pic and yep.

He’s gotta capture the Han rogueish charisma though. That’s the trick.
