Was Chewie subtitled in TFA or TLJ Jorge?
I know Mayhew and the new guy actually are given dialogue and say it on set it’s in the script but they just dub chewie noises over it. Never heard any outside of ‘that old mans crazy’ in a new hope
I'm almost certain I've never seen subtitles for Chewie, R2, or BB-8 prior to Solo.
I’m not almost certain, I’m 100% positive I’ve never seen them.

Dunno about that. It’s very tantalising what may come out of it. I don’t Think this wanted to be interesting. This needed to be no brainer easy digestible fun. It’s that and more.

Which Disney SW movie is LESS interesting than Solo?

Which Disney SW movie is LESS interesting than Solo?
We both know the answer. Let’s not though.
Translation: I can't think of one.
Rogue one. It’s not interesting at all. We know directly what the scenario is and has come from via Rebels/Catalyst and we know exactly what happens the next moment it finishes. The ring of Caffrene was the only interesting thing in the film.
I’d watch a movie about even younger Han on the streets and how did that happen. What about Beckett and Vals story? Or Landos?
Or Enfys fuckin nest?? How did Dragon boobies end up being Vos’ lieutenant? What’s gonna happen with maul?? What are han and chewie gonna do next?
All far more intriguing and interesting. Rogue one has leads in and one lead out yet is somehow airtight and impervious to any questions like those raised in Solo.
(Saying that, I know a lot of this stuff will be answered an expanded across comics and books etc if it hasn’t started already)

Me, neither.

You’re saying Solo is interesting based on stuff that isn’t even in the movie. You’re listing things and directions that may never occur and saying that makes Solo interesting. It’s like saying IG-88 possibly meeting Captain Kirk makes ESB an interesting movie.

Mileage may vary on what constitutes interesting in this context. Solo is a gold mine of what ifs and questions and possibilities. That’s the life blood of most Star Wars fans. Speculation etc. It’s none of those things to other people maybe not as wrapped up in it. That’s fine I get that. Ps I love rogue one I was just seeing if it’s still easy to set the lads off It was as easy as ever:)
