Just noticing. The main light strip. As in the OT falcon, the light strip on the sidewalls isn’t flush with the back wall. It’s not as ‘off’ as it is in a new hope but it’s close(its really off in a new hope)
Nicely done
(That’s some serious Falcon nerding but its indicative that they really really paid attention to detail on this)
You're going to have to explain that a little better.

I said a new hope. You picked an image from empire. Here’s a screenshot from a new hope. See the gap?

Just got the audiobook of the tie in for this. Seems to be set in Han and Landos early years then jumps forward ten years after the defeat of the empire. Looking forward to getting into it
If you mean what used to be referred to as the EU, it's just stories, legends. Back before Disney and the new unified canon, there were levels of canon. Some of the EU was pure canon, some psuedo canon, some disregarded as just some stories.
Disney created a new official unified canon to clarify all of that but also mainly to bring back Chewbacca. Pablo Hidalgo often says that all of the old EU just isn't canon yet. They continue to pull heavily on the ideas they really like from the old EU.
Using a Star Wars example the EU is Obi-Wan telling Luke thst Darth Vader betrayed and murdered Anakin Skywalker. That was one idea, one version of a story that later for clarified and expanded on by later canon.
