Yoda taught the younglings before they were assigned to a master.

And Qui-Gon is dead. Yoda is not.

Maybe I'll get to it after I produce the Grievous stand alone

Then there is a pretty big line of dialogue that totally contradicts what was said before. And none of this "certain point of view" bullshit. Any student of his scripts and story up to that point has Vader and Father Skywalker as two separate people.
That said, it is still by far my favorite film of the franchise. Dagobah/Bespin Luke is the best character out of all of it.
You're loving Star Wars wrong. But it's ok. That's how you love it it's ok.
I'm not loving anything wrong. Just presenting facts and not drinking the Kool Aid.
You're dragging George's sketches of ideas into canon. That's a whole different thing. They aren't canon.
I never said they were. Old Ben Kenobi did. Then Vader turned him into a liar.
I'm not disputing what's canon and what's not. Vader is Luke's father. No denial here. But to suggest them being separate beings as a "sketch of an idea" is ludicrous and incredibly naive. Especially, when Ben's line from the first movie is taken into consideration.
You really need to read the books I've recommended before arguing that it was all some divine plan he adhered to from start to finish.

Who cares, it made for a better movie/trilogy/franchise.

Man, such a beautiful movie. Every frame is gorgeous. The designs are amazing, every main character has an interesting arc, Vader is such a badass figure here..Luke, Han....this is a masterpiece in its own right.
