Our pal Carlos on their show. He’s always stoned on edibles when they de odd the podcast. I’d sent in a question a couple weeks back and he said he loved it it was very stream of concious. I took mild exception to that
I just finished Revenge of the sith and it actually is pretty great and holds up to a star wars event for me. Only one of the prequels that i feel is pertinent and enjoyable to watch.

I watched it again not too terribly long ago and I feel the opposite.
It's easily the worst of the prequel films, for me (outside of Obi-Wan's beard, or course).

Funny. My rewatches confirmed that Ep 1 and 2 are awful on all aspects and I may never watch them again!
I actually like Haydens performance in Sith and the scenes between him and Obi Wan are great.

Yeah, that's probably fair. It's Hayden's best of the three. I concede that. But it's also Portman's worst.
All of the prequels are a mixed bag that, I think, are better in concept/idea than execution. However, the ideas AND execution work better in 1 & 2 than in 3, for me. I think a large part of why 3 resonates is that it contains seminal moments that fans from the beginning had long wanted to see play out (the Vader/Obi-Wan fight, for example). And by and large Lucas hits those moments in satisfying ways.
