I can’t think of a filmmaker who hits you in the feels like that. The whole range of emotions. He’s perfect for Star Wars.
People like VG need to step away from the marvel and watch his other films.

I've seen both. Think both are fine, but not great. And I think both show him leaning on humor quite a bit.
