How cool is that Sidious is controlling the republic and now they are the bad guys? and they dont even know it. Jar Jar being the one who is manipulated is also good.

Well, im still a fan of Attack Of The Clones. I could appreciate more the politics side of it, and i loved it. Hayden is great, Ewan too...Lee is magnificent. What can i say about McDiarmid? He is just incredible...
Looove Yoda in this one. He is so clever and wise, and his fighting scenes are awesome.
I dont love the effects of course, and the digital background feels incomplete and dated.

Same. But it's still my favorite of the PT.
Im not sure...ROTS always had that spot i guess. But Attack...was such a relief back in the day, because it had the elements i wanted to on a SW movie. This time, Phantom Menace grew up a lot on me. I understand why Lucas choose to give us Anakin as a kid way more. Its makes his fall more tragic.

I guess i liked it more than i used to. I now love the politics side, Palpatine's role and how smart the guy is. The pod race is great. Everything with Qui gon and Obi Wan is great. Jake Lloyd is great as anakin. Darth Maul too.
The bad parts are all from Jar Jar. Awful character really. Padme is naive or maybe a little stupid in this one. Im not sure.
Overall, it has some very good moments and some very clunky ones.
Generally speaking I think all the action pieces still hold up really well, and nothing else holds up at all

The action is pretty cool. Everything with Kenobi discovering the clones and Dooku is great too. The peace of this movies is so good man, specially after both FA and ROTS. But the love scenes are awful really. And the tragic of both Padme and Anakin falling in love...they should have got another director really.

Seems reality played a hand here as well.
