No idea at all.
If you look at it it’s a safe enough option. All the established in universe framework is there but clean canvas for new characters. Yoda could possibly feature but who knows.
I’m pretty sure you’re joking, but I think he is probably a lot older than he looked in the PT.
Obviously he wasn’t the Emperor until ROTS, but if he ended up being a few hundred years old at the end, he could possibly pop up somehow in a future prequel.

All joking aside. I hope not. While I WOULD like to see some Jedi and Sith in this, I want it to stay far, far away from any Palpatines and Skywalkers.

I’m having trouble seeing any threat to involve the Jedi. They went unchallenged for a thousand years before palpatine arrived. I hope they don screw with that
So the new films coming are set in the high republic. 400 years before the prequels.
MSW has the report.
From my guy who works in Hollywood:
Quote:
I was told directly that Benioff & Weiss's project was to be set 30,000 years ago and involve the first Force users. Jason's saying that Benioff & Weiss were going to work with this time period but that must have been what Lucasfilm had suggested, not B&W.
If this report is true, I don't understand how they're going to incorporate The Sith since not only is the "Rule of Two" in effect, The Sith were thought to been extinct for a millennia (at least according to Mace Windu).
