That Waititi movie is likely on hold for the foreseeable future. I'd bet the announcement is all bout the Lindelof movie and what it means moving forward regarding a new "plan" for Star Wars movies.

"Here's an awesome project that we're going to put on hold in 6 months, so that we can hire another awesome writer/director to put on hold in 2024."

I think that cycle is about to end. This Lindelof thing feels like a new beginning to an actual planned slate. Based on everything I'm seeing/hearing it really feels like they've got a real plan now. Which may be part of why the TW movie isn't likely to come out any time soon.
