I will be going to the Star Wars land thing at DisneyWorld this weekend. The only thing that will make this trip worthwhile is the fact I’ll get to go aboard the Millennium Falcon.
You gonna make a lightsaber?
They upped the price by 10% last month. $220!
If you're willing to pay 200, you're gonna balk at 220?
No, I balk at the whole damn thing. A ticket to Hollywood Studios is $100.
Plus, I've got 3 kids. That's $880 for lightsabers, 3 of which will be broken before we get back to NC.
This would be for ME, b, not the kids...
My man
Damn right

Sitting here waiting for my group so we can enter Rise of the Resistance. They all wanted to get other rides in beforehand and now we’ve got 8 fucking minutes before our time is up.

After experiencing both Rise of the Resistance and the Millennium Falcon rides, I can unequivocally state that the Falcon ride is better. I thought Rise had 3 awesome parts in it and the Falcon was pure awesomeness from start to finish. I really don’t understand the furor over Rise including Disney making it near impossible for everybody to get to do it. I can’t say enough good things about the Falcon ride. It’s the far superior experience.

Man, when I rounded the corner and saw the Falcon there it was spine tingling.
That’s amazing wease. Happy you got to go
I just was looking at the videos above and there’s a beautiful slow flight shot over the ocean up to skellig.
On the off chance I just looked up are bookings to skellig open. They are!! It hasn’t been open in a year and before covid it was booked out a year in advance Cos it’s so limited how many they can let visit every day. Got it.

From someone who hates the ST this is an ice cold take.
