Pretty solid guess. Esp in relation to the 50th anniversary

My guess for the future of #StarWars:

5/2018: Solo
12/2019: Episode IX
12/2020: Obi Wan
12/2021: RJ Episode I
12/2022: SW Story IV
12/2023: RJ Episode II
12/2024: SW Story V
12/2025: RJ Episode III
12/2026: SW Story VI
12/2027 EPISODE X*

*50th Anniversary of Episode IV.

In film no never. It might possibly be the new tv series is KOTOR.

It makes me wonder why they didn't have him do Episode 9, too, if he's caught the magical touch.

Rumblings that Rians trilogy is going to be going way way back to the very origins of the Jedi. So even way before KOTOR.
Ahch to is confirmed to be the first Jedi temple so if it happens this way presumably loads more filming in Ireland.

I’m trying

he wasn’t ever doing 9 cos he was already signed up to do this new trilogy. He seems to have had some wonderful backstory filled out and the said let’s make that into a trilogy. It’s almost certainly got to do with the origins of the Jedi.

In terms of style I wonder how this trilogy is going to look and feel once complete. JJ to Rian back to JJ. That’s kinda intriguing right?

Let’s hope so. There will be a dud. It’s inevitable. I just hope it’s a standalone and never a saga film.
