The MSW guys reckon they’ve just been filming B roll stuff so far. I dunno. They’ve been there two months almost.
Jason from making Star Wars has been there almost constantly taking pics from a hill overlookain’t the set. They’ve had security try move them along a few times.
His most recent pic he got was of favreau and filoni looking up at him. I’d say there lol be hoardings or fences put up there soon.

The not totally wild speculation is Weathers is the original man in the armour and Pedros character takes up the mantle. This would explain the lengthy filming without Pascale on set where (what appears to be) Weathers has been since early on.

Intriguing
If they're taking this angle I'll be thrilled. This is exactly what I wanted them to do with Fett. If they aren't gonna go all Dread Pirate Roberts with THAT character, I'll be happy to seem them go that route with another Mandalorian.

what is this weird fascination with someone taking over an outfit to carry on the mantle of the previous user? People wanting that to happen with Boba Fett and now this new Mandalorian?
Oh, I guess it was from AOTC where Jango is killed and we assume Boba takes over the armor? But Jango armor looks nothing like Boba's armor.
